WEDNESDAY- We arrived at 5:30pm is and didn't even eat dinner.... We sat in a conference room listening to BORING people talk about important stuff I guess..... who knows! So as it was like 9. My teacher finally brought our dinner... yeeah very healthy I know, and she's the pregnant one! :) haha after that we listened to a really funny guy about how we need to be a better nation, ect. it was really cool though. :) Super fun, then I we drove back to our hotel and crashed.....
THURSDAY-Woke up at 5:30am....personally I think it's waay to early!! so we were in a HUGE rush, and then they told me to run up to our room to grab a CD..... SO I RAN FAST! and Ran to the elevator.... I was soo happy i easily made it... then I ran to our room, grabbed the CD, and went back into the elevator.... well, i was thinking about how happy I was because I easily made both elevators... I was in the elevator thinking about how happy that I made both elevators so fast... as son as the doors opened.. I booked it and as soon as I turned the corner... my big toe decided it wanted to have some fun and made me just face dive into the ground and skid on my knees... I burned both and my arm... It killed like a Mother.. but I was laughing sooo hard wishing someone could have seen it!!
WE then drove to a different hotel and gave our presentation at 8:15.... We thought it went great and thought we did really well..... Our teacher drove us back to our own hotel and we just went crazy.... We had wheelchair for Alexis, and I was using her crutches for both of my legs.. gosh it was Halarious!!! We are pretty sure we broke the elevators cuz we kept using them soooo much!! :) aww man it was soo fun! We met a ton of people who aparently thought we were all super hot... WEIRDOS!!!!!!! So we then also played hide and go seek and talked to some parrots!! It was the best time I've ever had!! I never laughed soo hard... i seriously was DYING with laughter!! We ate a bunch of junk food, t.v movies and took a ton of random pics I''ll have to put up later! :) Later that night, they had sumo wrestling, a dance and/or Hipmotising show.... we went to go watch people get hypmotise...it was the creepiest thing in the whooolle world!! These people were totally hipmotised! Scariest thing EVER!!! We then went to the dance, and I finally understand why I don't go to nonchurch dances.... they sure can get dirty....that's all I'm going to say..... but it was an amazing night!!
*During this whole trip I had Two charlie horses and one toe cramp.... I think there is SOMETHING wrong with me!!!!
FRIDAY- Our last day, we woke up at 8 got to sleep in..... we got ready, packed up and went to the other hotel. When we were over there for opening ceremony and awards we sat on the edge of our chair the whole time! They finally called, Public Service Announcement...... 5th place-some random school... 4th place-some random school... we then all gave up home after they called those... BUT then they said, 3rd place- Hall, Noble, Riffey, Luu, Browning...and we screamed soo loud!! It was the greatest thing ever! We got a medal to have and honor ourselves! It was AMAZING!!! WE were soooooo oooo happy!!
I will always remember this week, and I trully learned a lot! :)
